<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%;">　　<span style="line-height: 200%;">冯改朵一行先后深入岢岚职业中学校企合作企业兴华驾校、同心汽修厂，通过听取汇报、现场观摩等方式，详细了解学校专业设置、教学模式、发展规划、实训基地建设、校企合作等情况，对学校注重实践教学、紧密对接市场需求给予肯定。</span>&nbsp;</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%;">　　</font><font style="line-height: 200%;">冯改朵强调，职业教育是现代教育的重要组成部分。学校要提升教学质量，加快“双师型”教师队伍建设，坚持走出去、请进来相结合，做好现有教师的再培养再提升，积极引进具备理论教学和实践教学两种能力的优秀人才，充实教师队伍，提升核心办学能力。要对接社会发展需求，深化产教融合、校企合作，增强实训教学的专业性和实效性，促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有效衔接，努力把职业教育办出活力、办出特色、办出实效。要发挥宣传舆论导向</font>作用，提升职业教育社会认同；及时总结、提炼办学经验，形成一套成熟的经验做法，真正培养掌握产业技术、有创新精神的高技能人才，为地方高质量发展提供有力支撑。&nbsp;</p></div>
